Tonight we played our first ever q3f game for the aqu. After a nervous week of not knowing how it was going to hold out, our practices served us well and we won both maps vs NmE.

All i can say is,

Well a mixed bag of results for the PnP Counterstrike Team tonight. Up against the all LPB guys from R_C.

Fielding a pretty strong PnP side, with the introduction of Digital Jedi, Minbari and Tiger for thier first PnP matches, was always going to be fun.

Played Prodigy first, a map that R_C have never been beated at.

Starting out as Terrorists, R_C was whooping our ass, untill we managed to get our shit together and crawl back to a 10-9 loss. R_C had an effective defence strategy, and it worked to great effect.

As Counter-Terrs, we were beaten again 10-6, against some furious attack from the R_C rushers.

We got a little revenge on R_C playing the Dust map next. Starting as Terrorists, we lost the pistol round (AGAIN). But were able to squeeze away a win 10-9 against some hard R_C defence.

As CT's we put into play our new Dust strategy, which worked rather well, winning 10-2.

A good game against R_C, a pretty clean affair, and I certainly look forward to playing them again, and to maybe take a Podigy win off them :P~~~

Thanks to Lemming from R_C, the R_C guys for the game, and to the PnP boys who played well. As they say, it can only get better, and we have learnt a shit load from this clan game.

When i get my q3 cd back from a friend i'll be starting to learn the q3f scene... I have nfi how long that will last but we'll see. Pretty much similar conditions to yesterday. Northerlies kicked in pretty early, and if anything the swell has dropped even more (is that possible). The northern end of the gold coast will be your best bet, i dont even think south straddie will be worth the paddle. Since, PnP isn't all about on-line gaming, I have decided to bring the PnP fans a daily Gold Coast surf report. Today: Light Northerly winds, will probably swing more onshore later in the day. By 9am, most of the Northern Beaches were already blown out. Swell is a misrable 1 foot, with the *occasional* bigger wave. Not really worth a surf, better for a swim IMHO. Well, the aqu have made a decision as to what happens with [tDc]Termi (world renowned cheat and all round shit player).

He has honerably left the admin of the aqu, and so far it will be left at that.

I feel that this is a poor judgement as he is still able to play in the league along with his clan.

I for one will not be a part of any games vs's tdc, and would like to get a showing of hands from those who feel the same. You can email me if you like or just let me know through irc what you think.

Ok, as a special treat to all you PnP fans out there... I present FatBoy porn! If you didn't know I work in a bottleshop, and when bottleshops aren't being filled by drunken wankers, there are actually some nice girls in and around my shop!
